Feedbacks disappeared

Hi everyone,

I've been an Etsy seller for a long time, but I took a break over the past year due to health reasons. I recently reopened my shop and noticed that all of my feedback, and 200+ 5-star reviews on my shop's front page, no longer appear. The reviews only show up under individual listings now. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to restore the reviews to the front page or understand what might have caused this would be greatly appreciated!

Your shop has no stars at the top because none of your reviews are from within the last year.  Scroll down your home page below your listings and you'll see that all of your reviews are still there.

Your latest review is dated Dec 27, 2021. Only the reviews from within the last 12 months are shown by your shop name. All the new ones will appear there. 

You can open your Customer Service Stats page (Shop Manager - scroll down the sidebar on the left) and check all your current stats.
