I can't get my featured listings to update - when is this glitch going to be fixed?

As said above they do update. Also try refreshing the page, to see if they are showing yet.

It took me about 30 min yesterday to see the updated featured listings in my shop. Same with the featured items list in the Shop Manager: new listings appeared after about 30 min.

Apparently it's the same glitch that won't change sections - If it's not one glitch, it's another!

I have been having issues with this for months....they just won't update or save in the position I put them in, aggravating!

It can take many hours or even days and sometimes doesn't happen at all. It is frustrating not being able to see them update in real time. Refreshing doesn't help. Exiting and reopening doesn't help. It never used to be an issue which is why it seems weird that they can't seem to fix it.

This seller's tool has been broken for way too long.
Stop tinkering with other nonsense and fix this, Etsy.

Does anyone know why it takes so long to update and/or why they won't fix this? It is truly vexing and a real time-waster.

I'm just chiming in here. I e-mailed Etsy support about this issue. I'm pretty knowledgeable about technical things so I had already done all the normal troubleshooting.
My verdict is that on some stores the Featured Section is Absolutely Broken!
I deleted every single Featured item and it still shows a Featured section on my page, even days later. This is the response I got from Etsy support, it doesn't seem like it's a priority for them to fix it... So we are all just stuck with broken Featured sections.. what are we even paying for then?
