Star Seller for Reviews

I have 24 reviews and I received a 2 star review in December. I was still a star seller in January and received five 5 star reviews in January as well. Now for February, my average rating is 4.7. I don’t understand how this could be when 23 of my reviews are 5 stars and only one was a 2 star back in December.

You need to add your stars and divide by number of reviews - that will give you the average.

It’s a reminder that maintaining great customer service and consistently getting those 5-star reviews is key to balancing things out. Just keep doing your best, and don’t let one review get you down!

@VenusSellsVintage: The January 1st star looked at data from October, November, and December, the February 1st looked at November, December, and January. Most likely enough pre November five star reviews were no longer being considered and therefore reduced your score.
