Featured listings can't be changed! Grrrrr!

No matter what I do... star, unstar, refresh, close webpage... NOTHING works! I cannot change my featured listings. I wish ETSY would leave stuff that works alone. Get rid of the new listings page and just keep the old one. The one that used to work! On my phone app, I get NO notifications of sales at all! UGH!!!

Have you tried to change the featured listings using a browser instead of the app?  I just changed some yesterday and it worked ok-

I noticed this too.  But, they did end up showing up in the corrected order after 24 hours.  I'd suggest giving the system some time?  It seems to be sluggish in this area.

I've had the same issue on two separate browsers--Chrome and Firefox. I tried last Saturday, went away for the weekend, and tried again today without it working. Etsy, can you fix this or please advise?

@HeartsCalling - Definite glitch, but they do show up if you give it time. My changes last few days took several hours to appear, but they finally did.

Ok mine finally changed an hour later. But I also changed the thumbnail and the edited image looks correct on the shop page, but still hasn't changed in the featured spot.

Definitely something glitchy with the featured images.

I'm having the same issue using my MacBook Pro with Chrome or Safari. Same on my iMac. This is so frustrating. This feature used to work. I first noticed this problem more than a week ago. ETSY are you there?

Sorry to tell you that this is going on for weeks and weeks. There are several posts about this, in German and French (first I thought it happened to EU shops only), but with more people sending tickets to Etsy about this very very annoying problem it might turn up on their radar.

I can't change the featured items in my shop after the listing page went down.  And the item I listed just before the listing page went blank is nowhere to be found.  My shop item count says 20 items but there are only 19 actual items showing up.

Same recurring problem here. Tried using Microsoft Edge and Crhome browsers...none working. It's about time Etsy responds to the Sellers!
