Featured listings are not updating

I just updated my featured listings. I want my cat butt ornaments to be front and center and not what is there now. However, they will not update when I refresh my page. I went back in and the correct listings are definitely saved. Anyone else having issues with it updating? If so, did it get resolved, and how long did it take to update?

ETA: when I view my shop, the old listings are populating. When I click the "edit shop" button on the shop homepage, the correct listings are shown. Would this be a cache issue?

This specific area has been "buggy" lately.  There seems to be a delay happening.  Give it time and check back and they should show up.

Sometimes there is a delay when updating the featured section. Mine took over an hour last week.

Having same issue with app and on desktop. Frustrating to say the least, particularly during holiday season.

Same issue here.  Changed my featured items and still the old list shows up.

Having the same issue. My listings keep reverting back to old featured items. I am trying to feature all of my holiday cards and I am still unable to.

I have the same issue and we are moving into 2024. It seems this issue has not been ressolved. It does eventually change but can take hours.

Yes, I'm trying to update my featured items and this delay is seriously annoying and time consuming.  I deleted all the holiday features but when add new ones and go to manage/rearrange, it still shows the holiday items that I've deleted. I don't even know where to report a glitch like this other than forum threads that Etsy admin doesn't seem to read, or they just don't care.

@CuriosityCabinet Etsy don't care. The Featured listings function does work but it can take up to an hour to show correctly in your shop. Just set it and come back to check later.

I had to remove/unstar every item off the featured item list. That alone took 2-3 tries refreshing the page in between.. THEN add the 4 you want and no more. Then it worked for me. I was on a PC and using MSEdge. It may be browser dependent too.

OK I tried this again. I had to un-star the 4 I had featured a few times and clicked renew until they were gone then I added 4 more and then the old removed ones popped up again in the featured area so I unstarred and removed and refreshed again and eventually the new ones were in my shop but  in featured listings manage it still showed the 4 old ones and not the new ones at all even though they showed on my shop page. Maybe the ghosts of former favs will be gone tomorrow. Sticky little bastids...

@fishcouple   Since most buyers don't visit the shop home page I no longer care about featured listings.

You can try with just four and wait a few hours.

It's been longer than 7 weeks that the featured has not worked.

My featured listings always take a while to update even when I log out and back in again.  There isn't anything wrong on your end.  They update eventually.
