I have tried several ways to change my featured listings, but not updating.
I do one a day. It doesn't show up when you change it, but it will be in the new spot tomorrow.
It's currently taking about an hour for the featured listings to update. Set the stars, then leave it. Check the next day if necessary.
This is a newer problem and Etsy has been notified. There is a delay in the updating process.
I unstarred all of them, then did new ones and waited an hour and they are the way they are supposed to be.
