Featured Listings Not Updating

I've tried to update my featured listings a dozen times.  I've restarted my computer, exited out of the browser, tried different browsers and nothing seems to work.

We had the same problem many times and finally created a new listing

@ThirtySixDesign  It sometimes takes a while to update.

They used to update immediately now it take about 15 minutes. 

So update wait and check. Not sure why it changed.

As said above it takes a bit now, I will sometimes refresh the page and then they appear but not always.

I've just learned to accept it, featured listings take forever to update.

I try to get used to the delay but I changed my featured items an hour ago and they haven't switched to my new choices. Not only does it take forever to update... when you uncheck old featured items they keep coming back. How did this work fine for years and years and now it's completely glitchy and f'd up? It's so frustrating trying to run an etsy shop these days!

Delete your cache, and then refresh your page.  That works for me.  If it doesn't work for you, exit your browser, then enter your browser again to see if that worked.  If not, do the same again only restart your computer.  The trick is to delete your cache because your computer tends to revert to old stuff in it for a while rather than the latest.  If you rarely delete it, it can take a lot longer than 15 minutes.

Ive tried everything but nothing seems to work except waiting......It usually takes over an hour for the featured listings to show correctly now for me
