Featured Listings Not Updating

#Etsy   I have tried several times to update my shops featured listings.  It simply won't show the update on my home page.  Is this something you are working on to fix?

I have this same issue, in another thread other sellers are saying the changes show up after several hours. So I'm waiting hoping they do change.

Encountering the same issue. Normally it would update after reloading my page, but it doesn't today.

Same issue at my shop!!  Been trying all day...usually does it immediately!  So, the wait for a few hours thing is not working either.  Anyone else having issues...or fixes on this???  Thanks!

I have had this same problem off and on for literally years. It's annoying AF and sometimes my "workaround" doesn't even work (by un-featuring the current featured listings and starting over). Yesterday I completely closed my browser and reopened it and it was all there.

I am using Chrome browser.. I don't dare make major changes with the buggy seller app.

Tried multiple browsers and nothing seems to work, listings don't update, featured listings don't updates and videos don's update. Customer services are nice but they basically have no idea, tell you to change browser and clear cache... which does nothing. Good luck finding a fix.

As of this morning, my updated featured listings are not showing.  Have cleared cache/cookies - same issue over the weekend as well.  Any advice from Etsy team would be appreciated!

I tried signing out of Etsy and then back in again, and it worked. Give it a try (could also have coincided with when it actually updated though I didn't wait very long!)

It's been this way for several weeks.  I simply removed the feature spot.

SAME problem here. Featured listings are not showing on my page at all. If I go to "edit shop" from my home page, they are there, but when I'm out of the edit mode, they are gone.

Same problem here. The Featured listings are not updated (not from the app). Even the page of the featured listings does not update.

Even if I deselect the items from the Featured listings page, they reappear after a minute.

I have found that featured listings aren't appearing until even the next day.  They used to be immediate.  I used to use Chrome as my browser but trying to log on to my account became almost impossible with the Captcha (spelling ?) icon.  I deleted Chrome and am using Edge.  Updates of the featured items has become a little faster on my computer.

I made sure to remove all the other starred items and then added only the 4 I wanted. Took a couple tries to remove everything but it went OK.

I did the same earlier, but it shouldn't be like that, there is a problem that needs addressing. Fingers crossed someone in the development team picks this up.

This is a developer problem, it shouldn't be left for people to find a work around, the website doesn't work properly. Listings don't update, featured listings don't update or change order properly and videos revert back to old videos even if you upload a new one, it's really frustrating.

Just to be clear, Etsy does not care about this. Same problem here.

I updated mine today. I wrote down start of titles of the ones I wanted to change to. Then went to quick edit and unstarred the old ones. Then using quick edit again, found the new ones to star. It takes about 30 minutes for it to update. At least it did for me. Hope this helps.

More than a month later, I'm still having the same issue. I will try your workaround, Lynn, although I wish Etsy would get their developers on top of this issue already. Thanks for posting your answer, I'll let you know if this works for me. (fingers crossed)

It worked on my first try. Thanks for the fix (I never even used Quick Edit before, and I like it.) Thanks again @LynnsLittleShop !

I've complained about this issue multiple times over half a years' time and it still isn't fixed, Etsy.
