I've been trying to change my featured items to other seasonal listings, but it keeps reverting back to what I already had. Is anyone else experiencing this?
It's happening to me too, I've tried to update my featured items over and over again. This is the same issue for years! I do hit refresh and still no change. I'll try again later today. This tool seems to have a lot of glitches, as it ALWAYS takes forever and is extremely frustrating. I wonder why Etsy does not work a fix on this!
I think sometimes just refreshing isn’t enough. Try opening your store in a new tab, as if you had finished editing. Then, in a few minutes, your featured items should appear (at least that’s what happened to me the last time).
