I'm soooo fed up with the constant problems with the Featured Items not working properly. I waste an incredible amount of time trying to update the Featured Items for my page. Unstarring doesn't work after multiple tries. The Quick Edit function is no help. I reached out in chat one time and was told Engineering is aware of the issues and working on it. This seems pretty basic to me - why can't the Etsy Engineering team get this right? I use this to promote items that aren't on page one of my shop and it's nearly useless.
Etsy, please fix this function.

I'm wondering if they are thinking of getting rid of the featured items in the hope of forcing more people into paying bucks for Etsy+. Just a thought since they seem to be making it worse rather than fixing it.
The 4th picture of the featured items is always missing, whatever I do.
It has been borkt for months.
My shop bingodaubiesbyjulie we had issues too same. I’m hearing impaired, so my partner contacted to get help. We were told you have too many listed. So we dwindled ours to only 3 featured. That’s the only way too see them in featured.
I don't understand the point of Featured items. It made sense to me, years ago, before we had the ability to rearrange the shop.
If you don't use Etsy+ why not just move the listings to the top of the page?
I only use them because it gives me 40 items on the first page instead of 36 on my laptop.
The only way I made it work last week was to write down the order I wanted the new ones. Then I used quick edit to unstar the ones I wanted gone. Then I used quick edit again to do the new ones. Waited an hour and all the new ones were there.
Same problem
