are you sure its sale flags and not message or. review requests ?
Yes, I am sure.
I've gotten a sale notification before, but if the payment does not go through, the sale disappears as if it never was.
Sure, I get that too. But this has been happening for the part couple of days. And the notification icons do not disappear after checking for sales, or refreshing the page!!
@LynnysVintage are you using a web browser? if so, try clearing the cache.
Maybe it was a notification of a sale being processed, but the payment failed to process. The failed order would disappear. I have had similar recently and the only way I knew about it, was the listing fee credit showing up on my payment account.
I checked; it was not that! It is disappointing to get excited and then...nothing!!
I have not seen this happen before, but I can only imagine how happy and discouraging that is at the same time. Thanks for the post!
It happened today again.
I am having this I get a notification noise and then I can’t find the sale , but I’m also having no notification noise and until the sale is supposed to be dispatched, I’ve check that it’s not my postage times ( I don’t even sell much through here ) but I’m never ever going to get any good ratings due to this as I can’t just magically post things immediately! This happens with different orders in different ways randomly , it’s like one day it’s fine and then it’s having a melt down
