Fake Etsy Support messages

I keep getting "Etsy support" scammer messages asking for my email. I am marking those as spam but they keep making other fake accounts and message again. Is there another way to block these scammers? It's so annoying. They say :

Sorry, all you can do is mark the messages as SPAM and hope that Etsy removes the offenders asap.

Etsy will never ask for email address right? I mean they should already have it no?!

Etsy will never ask you for your email in messages. They have your information.

Any messages claiming to be from Etsy in your Etsy messenger are scams unless they are under the "from Etsy" tab

I received one a few minutes ago. I wonder why Etsy doesn't make a filter that prevents any user from using "Etsy support" and similar names as user names and Etsy logo as user profile picture. That seems quite simple and useful, in particular for newer shop owners.
