It's a SCAM!!
Even if it wasn't; when a customer has a problem paying for an order - the customer needs to contact Etsy Support themselves.
Thank you,
I've gotten three of these in the last week. Wasn't sure what to do.
It is easy to check, you check your order section in your dashboard, if there is no order there and someone in the messenger claims otherwise it is a scam.
Never provide any private or financial information in messenger, never click on links or images. Anyone can claim whoever they want to be on that specific day in messenger. If anyone makes claims about orders, verification or your shop, just check the dashboard and your shopfront.

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
how can you get a payment, when you have not had a single sale?
Thank you so much it helps me a lot. I’m very thankful to all of you guys.
