Hi guys, just wondering if anyone is facing the same issue as i am. Am working towards star seller (might not be a huge deal in general but its my first time and im pretty excited about it)
I’ve meet all the requirements except 95% shipping solely because i do not provide tracking. I sell stickers and some merch which are really small and light in weight, i offer free normal mail shipping and my buyers have all been good with that (i do have an option for tracking but most go for free normal mail anyways because tracking pricings are way too expensive). The % of my shipping status is dropping tremendously no matter how timely i ship my items. kinda frustrates me and im wondering if anyone is also facing this issue and how do i work around it?
tracking is expensive in a lot of countries outside the USA,
not quite sure why, but etsy offers us untracked Royal Mail, we can't even buy tracked labels on etsy, we have to but them from Royal Mail, or the post office
yeah bummer. i wish something could be done but seems like no other way out. i do see people saying etsy labels in USA cost 55cents and its a whooping $10 and above range here
