Hi everyone. I wish you good sales.  I can no longer share my products using the Facebook button. The page has been giving an error for days. Are you able to do it ?

I shared a listing using the Social Media section of the Seller app and had no issue posting that way. Is this the way you have attempted to post on Facebook or another way?

I clicked on the Facebook button at the top of the product page, but the page that opened gave an error

I’m also using Save and Share out of necessity.

Etsy seems to be deactivating many of their integrations, including FB.  If it works at all (app or browser) it only allows posting to personal FB page and not to business FB pages.  Instead, you can simply copy/paste the listing using its SAVE & SHARE link directly into a new FB post ... works perfectly that way!

The post I made today as a test was to my business Facebook page. I never post Etsy items on my personal page.

Oh WOW, I hadn't tried for a couple years, it seemed to stop working for me then! I will go try now...
