I am a new shop owner here. I found that the followers cannot click to "FOLLOW SHOP" button. I couldn't find any solution to sort this out from my page. Could you please support me for sorting out this issue?
Hi, When I go to your Shop Front, the "Follow Shop" Tab is there (desktop computer). I can click it to Follow your Shop, but as NanaLetha said, we cannot Follow our own Shops.
Im having the same issue. I cant follow a shop. It just wont work. And Im not trying to follow my own shop. The OP didnt say she was trying to follow her own shop she was saying other people cannot follow her shop
