so I put that message into spam
how can he then be able to favourite my store
when I checked out the seller it says he did not exitst
Marking the message as spam won't prevent the user from favouriting your shop. The fact that you are getting the message that the user does not exist means Etsy has deleted the account. You did the right thing.
thanks. maybe when I sent it to spam Etsy checked it out and deleted his account straight away. its a bit of a worry
I have noticed that Etsy is getting much better in deleting the spam accounts in the past 2 weeks, only an improvement
I hope that is the case
