I would like to ask how many of you have problems with managing your store. I have repeatedly reported by phone or chat that the sorting of orders completed in my store does not work. I currently have 450 orders that have a "delivered" status from 2023. However, they appear in the sorting tab for orders processed as "in transit". It bothers me terribly. Sorting orders allows me to efficiently manage the store. If I see that the orders are still in the in transit tab, I can confidently file a complaint with the courier companies to improve delivery. At the same time, for several months I have been receiving an answer that support will take care of it someday! It's really terrible that small sellers are treated so badly... if I report the problem many times... I would really like someone to at least try to fix this mistake. I feel completely ignored by the support, because on the other hand my customers receive automatic refunds even if they have the correct product in their hands. Etsy should remember that we sellers are also their customers.
