I just got a notification from Etsy about the Explore page and the videos we can upload there. I have a new iPhone and just downloaded the new  Etsy Seller app last week, but there is no Explore button on my home page. My account is in good standing, but customer service says that the button is not available at this time... Can anyone help?

It seems like this is rolling out.  I don't use mobile or the app, so I'm not familiar with it.

Thanks for the link According to that, I should have access but I don't. "Explore is currently available for sellers in the United States with iOS devices as we test out this new feature."

Yes, I see that (I was checking out your location).  Maybe there are glitches with this.  (Just a thought), when Etsy says, "...as we test out this new feature."  I'm wondering as with all tests, they are user based; and perhaps not everyone is in the test.  Not really sure.

I don’t have access to explore, but I have an iOS in the US. I had it for a week in October and now I can’t delete the Halloween videos that top my shop. Where did it go?
