Excluding shipping to a specific country in batch mode.

Hi, Actually all national post office in the world have suspended shipping parcels to US because of the new 15% tax. My business is 90% with the states, but however i would like to keep selling to the remaining countries but I cannot remove US destination from my listing since the items that I am selling are all different in term of their pricing and it look's that it is not possible to create a specific profile just  to excluding a country.

Am I right?

No, you are not correct. Make a shipping profile and add each country you ship to. Not sure where you got the 15% tax? Tax is charged according to the buyer's location. Tariffs are based on the sellers locations.

@Cherryforest  Only the US and Canada shops can do that. The profiles work differently for other countries.

Hi there, not all countries have suspended shipping to the USA, in the UK we have been able to since the 28th August but we can't yet get postage via Etsy labels until they sort something out. You may be able to use a courier instead of your national postal service instead. 

Unfortunately if you have Everywhere activated, you cannot remove  the USA . You will have to decide which countries you do want to ship to and manually create yourself a shipping profile adding each country individually.

@Cherryforest  I agree it's unfair but for some reason that's the way Etsy set it up. If they can do it for US and Canada they should be able to do it for everyone!

Yes exactly - the system is so uneven and cumbersome - I have not the possibility to ship to US as sweetbrocante above cannot from France. We are stuck until the tariff mess is clarified. So I have to profile the others - so time consuming.

No. You have to edit your shipping profiles to remove the "Everywhere Else" option, and then enable for the countries in rest of the world that you want to ship to, but leave out "United States". After that, US customers will not be able to purchase items.
