Buyers reporting my Thank you discount code isn't working

2nd time I have received a report from previous Buyers that my thank you discount code is not working. Not sure why this would happen I've had the same code since 2020 & it has no expiration date. Wondering did something change than I am not aware of perhaps a new rule regarding discount codes? Thanks

I've had mine for 10 years with no end date. Someone used it 2 days ago.

Are they applying the coupon in the correct spot?   Maybe they're mistakenly clicking on Etsy's 'Apply coupon code' shown under the Proceed to Checkout button on the shopping cart page and trying to enter the code there?

Same here!  I just tried a mock checkout with one of my items (incognito mode) and found the same thing happening ...  none of my codes are working!  I wonder if something got messed up on Etsy's end ... I know many sellers are having issues with Etsy sending the abandoned cart codes to buyers, and now maybe it is affecting these other promo codes too.  I might try deactivating all my codes and then starting new ones again to see if that helps kick out any glitches that may be happening.  I have had these for quite awhile, so it might be time for new codes anyway.

I know that Etsy started expiring the thank you codes 1 year after they're sent. Perhaps that's the issue? Also codes are supposed to not be able to be shared and only sent to those opted into offers in their account settings. Etsy also says each buyer can only use the code once. Maybe they are trying to use it again? A few things that hopefully help you figure out where the problem is.
