Exclamation mark on my orders

Hi, 

I had a late shipment in August due to a medical emergency. The order is now complete but an exclamation mark has remained on my account. Tomorrow is Oct. 1st.. shouldn’t this have cleared by now? I have had a couple other orders since the late one that did ship on time. My search visibility is being limited due to this exclamation mark. Can someone offer some insight?

For star seller it’s 3 months, July Aug. Sept.; for Oct.    Aug. Sept. Oct.; will be for Nov. It won’t clear till Dec. Of course you can raise it with more on time shipping too.
