Everywhere else price keeps changing to Domestic price in (Free shipping mode)

We use the free shipping option & set our Domestic price then the everywhere else price, this has been working for a good 12 months with no issues. However the last 10 days the everywhere else price keeps changing to the domestic price. We contacted esty customer service twice but they don't seem to be able to answer why or offer any help?

It seems like Etsy might be working on some changes to the Everywhere Else pricing feature.
Here is a thread with US sellers reporting an Everywhere Else price showing up in their listings even though the feature is not offered to them.

Not my issue unfortunately, The etsy system randomly changes the everywhere else price to the domestic price which allows USA customers which is the everywhere else price to buy items at the UK domestic price, with Free shipping this means a loss our end. We have to keep checking each day & change any effected listings, Pain in the butt.

I am having the exact same problem in Australia, I have to check daily. Also happens when I add tags or make any changes to an item and publish.

Hi, thanks for sharing this issue, I'm having the same problem (UK seller here) so at least I know it's not only me and that I'm not imagining it!

I have about 30 items in my store with different domestic and 'everywhere else' prices, but the everywhere else prices keep randomly defaulting to the same as the domestic. It's happened a few times now and I usually only notice it when I receive an international order at the wrong price. It's costing me money because I offer flat-rate international shipping that's subsidised by the higher item prices.

Today I found two listings with everywhere else prices that had defaulted to the same as domestic.

It seems to occur when I update the available stock of a listing.

An update I created a new listing 06/06/2023 & within 24 hours the everywhere price & changed to the domestic price, had to refund the customer we can only keep losing money so many times. Come on Etsy help your customers have a better experience!

Information which maybe helpful, I changed the listing back to the correct price then later edited the same listing when I published the listing Etsys system changed the everywhere else price back to the domestic price.

This keeps happening to me, very very frequently. And the more items I add to my store the more frustrating it gets to keep checking.

And its at complete random. I know you said you think its due to changing the quantity but for me I think its opening up a listing on the mobile app.

Due to Etsy's awful Star Seller program I'm forced to charge US/EU Customers double the price because of the price of tracked shipping. I barely make a penny when this bug happens, but I guess thats fine because Etsy still gets their cut!!!!

Etsy might be the most Anti-Seller friendly marketplace around and with the most expensive fees. So infuriating.

It is definitely connected with updating a listing, creating a new listing, opening in APP and communicating with customers using links to listing.

I have tweeted and hopefully Etsy might actually fix this incredibly awful bug.

change it in the old listing format and it should work.

It's a bug with the new listing format.

I reported this a month ago to Etsy support and again yesterday as international sales have been going through with the Domestic prices. They say someone will get back to me shortly. it appearer 'shortly' never comes !!!! I will be turning off my Free US shipping until resolved!

This just happened to me to with a USA (global pricing) customer being charged for UK (domestic prices). Two orders - single item was charged global. Second order of three items changed UK (domestic price). 

I have offered free shipping based on a calculation that global pricing will cover the added expense.

If it doesn't work I am losing money.

I've just changed my local price to my international price.  It means I will lose local orders, but on this particular item my orders are usually OS.  I just got a sale at the correct price.Yay!

Edit your listings using the old listing format.

Don't use the new listing format with domestic/global pricing until they fix it/you have no choice to use the old one.

I am having the same issue , having sold to the US and Australia in the past couple of weeks they have only paid domestic pricing.
