STAR SELLER LINK NOWHERE

Here we are 8/20 and my star seller link to share to social media is still missing. Happens every time! All I get is the runaround from CS, saying it's a known issue, working on it, etc. Four message this month and same response. 50% of the time, they fix it. 50% like this month, crickets. Not chasing after this useless program anymore.  More than a year of this and they want me to pay extra for ads, etc.?  Not happening. smh

I haven't seen one for this month.  Etsy doesn't seem to be on the ball with this but it's not enough for me to be concerned over it.

@GreatStuff80   I wouldn't lose a minute's sleep over the star seller program.  It is SO badly thought out, and flawed.

I have never posted that. I don't think my followers care or even know what it means. But yes if they have a tool it should at least work. I'm still refreshing out of a red error banner almost every time I sign in. Thumbnail tool still not working right.

I don't sell on other platforms, so I have no comparisons.

But are the message boards for those platforms as littered with as many technical faults as Etsy's is?

They don't seem to be able to manage to implement the simplest of things and the issues go on for years.
