Messages from two sellers I bought from didn't require responses yet you dinged me and I lost star seller (ability to call Etsy) because of this? This is bull! Every single buyer received a quick response! I'm quite upset. I've been a fantastic seller here for many, many years. My shop is going on vacation now out of disgusts! I'll also be sure not to buy here in the future!
There are so many posts about this every quarter. The star seller information is very clear that we must answer EVERY message, be it buyer or seller, or put it into spam
"All messages" must be answered once, be they buyers, sellers, or your friend who wants to chat, if its considered Spam put it in Spam and it should bring your stats back up.
I see that your shop is still open (not on vacation as you claimed you're going to do in disgust). You have over 31,000 sales. You're going to put your shop on vacation and lose revenue because you didn't get a Speedy Replies badge? Seriously?
