It won't matter to you if etsy is down or not

you need to have in your heading, what it actually is, and use all spaces, in all 13 tags for different decriptions

I have no trouble accessing any Etsy page, listings or adding an item to my cart.

Over to Etsy from where?
You can't move files / listings from other sites to Etsy.

ETA With "your" titles NO one will ever find your items so you will probably get 0 views.
"Fishing over the object"......that title makes NO sense.  It looks like a tote bag.
Or "Salmon in the ring", "Livewire", "papertrail" .......no clue what either of those is nor any idea what they are going by your pictures. 

You have your location in Maine but items ship from NC BUT you have no production partner listed.
Since it appears another company is making those items, YOU have to add the production partner to all your items.
