Etsy won't deposit to my bank account and won't respond to support requests either

Hello!

Because quite frankly I'm getting desperate and don't know where to turn, I've resorted to the Etsy forums now. 

The problem is that a month or so ago, my shop got closed and suspended - this was done apparently to "protect me" because there was a suspicious login attempt (how this makes any sense, especially if I also have authenticator enabled is beyond me. The store was deleted without any information or emails and I had to email etsy myself to find out about it). OK, now that I got my store back another issue appeared which doesn't allow me to deposit any of the money I've made from sales. The money is in my Etsy account, but it never goes to the "amount availiable for deposit" thing.

I've opened multiple support requests, none of them ever get a response (For 2 weeks now already since the first one). The new ones get closed after a couple of hours and the old one no one responds to, despite me constantly asking for updates from it.

Has there been anyone with similar issues? If so then what ended up finally actually resolving the issue?

It sounds like your account may have been put into Reserve -- it happens for many reasons, including suspension

For 90 days after being put into Reserve, Etsy will keep 75% of your money for 45 days or until tracking shows movement. Any fees are taken out of the remaining 25% --so there can often be little left to deposit

Well if it was a reserve, I'm sure they would've a) responded and b) it would show that there's a reserve.

From one of your sold items, "For Sale a brand new Seiko Datejust inspired Mod! The parts for this mod have been carefully selected and assembled by professionals at Jean-Philippe Timepieces."

If I understand the product correctly, your using the brand name Seiko and some of their parts on a watch you've assembled yourself?  If so then unless you have an agreement with Seiko this item would be considered counterfeit and also trademark infringement. Only Etsy can tell you for certain what's going on though.
