Etsy won't accept my business info, tried from different accounts

The dreadful message that many of others have probably also got is: 

"We were unable to verify the business information you entered at onboarding. Please review your business name and any identification numbers closely, make any necessary changes, and re-submit it for verification. You’ll have two re-verification attempts, after which your account will be locked.

If you continue to have trouble, please contact your local tax authority or applicable government entity, where the business is registered, for more assistance."

It will now haunt me while I'm dreaming. 

This has been going on now for more than 2 weeks. And I was planning to have the store up and running for people to buy my lovely art prints before Christmas. 

I have sent my info to the authorities, that have concluded it is all correct. I have done nothing wrong and filled it out correctly. I even created this new account cause I figured something must have been wrong in how I created it. And yet again it doesn't accept my info.

I am in Sweden. There are no alternatives to upload any documents on site unless you need to upload a German Lucid number or you're in France. 

I have contacted the support about this like 15 times, and I must say it has been a so bad experience. They either do a copy paste reply of the same info, that does not help and says exactly the same as the message that I need to check the business info. And when I say that they should not do another copy paste reply, they then type out that I need to look at my numbers. Which I have - multiple times. Or they stop responding. I think they have maybe, if I am hopeful, responded to 4 of my 15 attempts to contact them.

They also say that I should get in contact with a team that has contacted me - but I got an automatic email from a noreply adress. When I ask for the contact details for the team - they stop responding.

Then they also say that I should upload the documents on the site, but I then reply that they only allow documents from Germany or France and then support stops replying. Again.

I have also sent the support all of my business documents, but they keep on ignoring them. And guess what? They then stop responding. 

A very bad support experience that might haunt me until the end of my days. (Naaaah, just kidding, but you get my point).

Can anyone help me? What to do? Or should I just all in all skip Etsy and go to someone else instead with my art? I am happy at this point to look into options and to get recommendations. I doubt I am the only one with such a horrible experience.

Did you enter the information under the Legal Shop information.  The Germany and France are additional information needed to ship to those countries.

To get help take one email and answer back to that one that you still need help.  Don't keep opening emails.  That just sends you to the back of the line.

Does your business name match the name on the bank account?

I have entered all my information under Legal and tax information, and today I got yet again the same copy paste reply that I've seen a million times that is far from helpful. The support is absolutely not helping at all.

It also says I should be able to upload my documents somewhere in that page, but I cannot because the only options available are for Germany or France. And if I still press one of those, I have to check a box that says for instance that I am following the German legislation. But the options does not seem to be in order for me to send to those, but they are asking for German and French documents. Like a Lucid number etc that I know is a German way of having an organisation number. 

My companys name is Franzén Production AB, and the name on my Bank Account is Emma Franzén - FRANZÉN PRODUCTION AB. I might only have written Emma Franzén on the card details, but I don't know. How do I check? On the bank details it is the company name.

everything has to match

the name on the bank account needs to match the name in the legal section, which has to match the name on the legal ID

it sounds like you are mixing personal name and business name up

I had an issue with my company registration number. Turns out, businesses registration number has LV04ZZZ before the number we usually use. I guess, it's made to identify businesses by countries in EU. We never use that full number so I was confused for 24h trying to add my regul business number. Etsy accepted it without problems on the first try!

Thanks for the reply. How do I do that? I registered as an incorporated business, the name of my company is Franzén Production AB, my name is Emma Franzén. My bank account has the name of my company (regardless I seem to not be able to change it atm), but when I need to upload a picture of my ID that obviously does have my name.
