Etsy web site will not open intermittently

I keep getting "Bad Request" message and can not access Etsy store. This may last for hours to days and it will work for a while but then the Bad Request happens again and again. How can we sell or buy if the shop is not available for viewing so frequently???

Have you tried installing the latest virus scanners and Internet security?

I have the same problem! It's so annoying!!!!!!! 

It's been going on for a few days.  At first, clearing the cache or restarting my computer would work and I could reaccess the site.  But it only works some of the time!  

Today, every time I get to my account, after a few clicks, I get the bad request message again and I can't do anything.  I wanted to add a new listing but I'm unable to!!

I contacted Etsy support about this yesterday and I got an email this morning suggesting that it's probably caused by a browser extension.  I only had the Grammarly Chrome extension active so I disabled it.  It seems to work!

I've been having this recently, too.  It does seem to have something to do with Chrome - closing it out and trying again usually works.  Not sure why this is a recent issue - as frustrating as it is for us Sellers, I hate to think of our Buyers experiencing this!

Well, getting rid of browser extensions didn't work after all.  It seemed to be ok for a while but, right after I posted here, I got the "Bad request" page again...     So frustrating !!
