Etsy verification process is a system error

I got mail from etsy regarding verification on 27th jan then I provided documents to them after 3 days they verified my identity that is on 30th jan night i was very happy to regain access but then I received one order at midnight and then it all started again 

this is a system error or a loop which js set by etsy for verification process that if any seller got order they go through verification process and this need to be stopped 

We seller are suffering so much due to there system glitch please etsy its a request to remove this error so verified seller can work easily 

and there is no support from etsy we get no one gonna mail us revert us i mail them so many times

please etsy board look into this we are loosing are work and funds

Whether by human or bot, the glitches are losing money for many craftspeople and there doesn't seem to be an entity at Etsy that gives a darn ( Etsy's word not mine).

Each time I receive an email from  Etsy, it's got a different sender's signature . Thanks from Emily, Dheen, Clark, and Maverick...not one has acknowledged my questions or pleas for help. Instead, they blindly replied with another form letter to me. I would expect to see employees filing into work and exiting in mass from clown cars.

Agree even email says will respond in up to 24 hours.  Started last monday, not one response from email,  sends a like to a null phone number

the bot is finding something that does not match, if it can find it, so should the seller, then they can fix it

Same situation.  They did take money out of my account for marketing and sales.  How ironic.  I was told by someone, when tomorrow rolls around, etsy will have responsibility.  I laughed, etsy will never take responsibility for this.

@ChipShowgraphics   All form of names, all information on anything from addresses to names to tax numbers has to match whatever is in legal databases.  Etsy has to verify using those resources and if anything is missing or out of place then it cannot be verified.  So all forms of name, addresses and such need to match.  We work for computers not computers work for us.

But everyone face same issue and same pattern so this is not a verification process I asked one of the agent he said this is system error from etsy side and all of us get verification mail but after one order it all started this is loop and pattern hope you understand

Whilst I have not experienced this verification proble myself, I have read some posts in orums where the contriutors advise that Etsy Support (I know, it is rare but it does happen if one is lucky) told them that Etsy (the Manual check by Etsy staff) approved the verification, but that the Third Party Payment Processor (Pay Pal) rjected it. So, it looks like the Etsy Bot flags the account, Etsy Staff review and approve, but something with the link to Pay Pal refuses to accept the Manual verification. I know Plaid is used to verify Banking information, but it also appears, if the advice some people were given is correct, that the third party Payment Processor/s approval is also needed. 

Please note that I do not know this for a fact, but it does seem to make sense and explain why the Etsy OK is revoked after the next Order.

Hundreds if not thousands of people are losing business. Etsy is responsible for this.

Etsy refunded orders I had shipped and that had been delivered   These were not pending orders. I made the products I shipped them

I have uploaded my ID multiple times. I’m an Scorp but they want a copy of my marriage certificate. I think if my state issued me a drivers license with my married name on it and my business has my name on it with paperwork issued by multiple states and the federal government that should suffice this is much bigger than a glitch The company that’s doing the verification which I’ve read is called. “Persona” definitely has no real people processing the verification. I’ve had my shop for over 10 years unfortunately, I’m gonna have to say goodbye to the shop. It was wonderful while it lasted  I have filed multiple appeals uploaded my information repeatedly. Keep getting the same form letters. No one‘s listening. Don’t like eBay prefer Etsy but I’m headed there

We're being told by some here in this community that mistakes caused by entering wrong information must be corrected before verification can be completed. That advice would make sense if I could correct a wrongly inputted number, but the places to do so are all greyed out. I cannot make any corrections or submit any new info on that page. So, that info is wrong in my case, and I'm open to hearing the workaround for this. I wish I could upload screenshots that show the issues.

I agree with you. My shop also forced to vacation. I was asked by email to send govt-issued id. I sent it immediately. Now after 3 days still waiting for reply and re open of my shop
