Etsy unable to verify my ID and now my shop is on hold - verification issue

Hi,

PLEASE can someone from Etsy get back to me about what I can do to unfreeze my Etsy account?

Your system seems unable to verify my government issued ID (I've tried 2 types).

Also Etsy refunded all my orders in the 6 weeks before Christmas even though I had fullfilled those orders, so I have lost money. So I would like Etsy to pay me what I am owed!

PLEASE PLEASE can someone, a person, help me?
