Etsy statistics and dashboard issue

the stats and dashboard don't match, the dashboard doesn't show my favorite items, but I see my favorites in the stats, at the same time it seems that 2 messages have been sent to me, I can only see it in the mail, when I enter the etsy system it shows red, but there is no message in the message section, can you support me?

If you see that an item was favorited in the stats but no information shows on the Dashboard/Recent Activity, it's because the person who favorited it has their list set to private.

The messages you received could be scam messages that Etsy detected as scams and deleted them before you could read them.
