So I have tried to change my shops icon photo fro the passed 7 days straight and every time I do that's all I get is it loading and then nothing happens. I have contacted etsy multiple times and even had an email thread with the support team. So far 0 help from etsy, I have expressed how important it is to customize and change my layout on my shop and they don't seem to care one bit.
I have done every step correct including the right file type, size and pixel rate. Please if someone could help it would be much appreciated because Etsy is not doing anything about it. Im finding there is more and more glitches and issues with the app and website daily. We pay alot of money for these services for 0 help when needed.
