Etsy shop hacked

My shop account has been hacked and now I don’t have access to my shop, but I think the hacker still has access, since I’m now listing furniture and running a sale
I chatted with Etsy but are still waiting for them to email me, but they still haven’t after now 8 hours.
I wrote to them again, but if anyone knows how to get a hold of them directly, please let me know.
I changed password yesterday, but I got thrown off the account while chatting with Etsy and now I need a Authenticator code to access, which I don’t have. The account number for payments is not mine, and I couldn’t change it without knowing the full number, so all funds go directly to the hacker right now.

How do I get in contact with Etsy so they can stop this?

The shop you are posting from says you have no items listed at this time.   Is this the shop you think is hacked?

I think you will need to wait for Etsy to reply.  Remember they are in a different time zone to Italy.

Depending on how busy they are with inquiries, they may take awhile to respond back so try contacting them in different ways.
