I have been a seller on etsy for some time, i have a problem with my account, and etsy support will not respond.
Is there any way to get in contact? This has been the worst support in a long time...
Post your problem here and see if other sellers can help. If it involves another shop or a buyer do not post any specifics like their name.
It has to do with etsy account settings, this is something etsy has to confirm inside my account internally, but they dont do anything and do not respond!
I'm having the same problem! It's so frustrating.
Been waiting for a reply for 40 days...guys from the live chat tell me the etsy team will reply and contact me by email but so far nothing
