Etsy says, "That tracking number has already been used for this order"

This has been happening on all my orders today. And obviously, I didn't. But when I click on "Shipped Orders" It's there. It doesn't allow me to click "Order Completed".

Tracking numbers are often reused after a certain period has lapsed, you will have to contact Etsy as it could also be another issue to add to the tracking glitches
