Etsy's taking a long time verifing my bank details and won't let me keep my shop open during it

Hey, 

I'm pretty much just getting worried since Etsy is taking a while to verify my bank details. I got an order, made it and shipped it out but I can't get the money yet. Although the thing I'm more worried about is that Etsy put my shop on holiday mode for the time being. I can't do anything to change it. The reason they are checking my bank details is because, when I created my shop I put the wrong name down on the payment section and the right name in the billing section. I was able to change it but it's still has been almost a week since. Any tips? (Sorry if it's confusing)

For verification, all names must match so the mistake is probably what is causing the hold up? Have they asked for your ID? Check your email (spam too) for a message.

I looked at your shop, and had to google the byline because I didn't know what Dsmp/Mcyt was. Just wondering if the delay might also be an infringement thing? Maybe check if you need a license for your product to be sure.

You can't pretend to be a character of any kind and send letters to people claiming they are from the character.

Have you tried the online chat they might be able to help and explain what the hold up is.

My first thought was what is it you sell?  Maybe it's not allowed?  I don't know what DSMP is?
