I'm trying to get the two factor code on m phone but it is not sending it. So frustrating. Is anyone else having an issue?
this was posted as an issue under investigation a couple days ago but looks like it’s been closed as “resolved”. you may want to try and contact the analyst who posted this issue was solved..
@KathysBeadShop : If you having trouble receiving the two factor authorization (2FA) code, you should check to make sure that you are not logged in on a different device. Multiple active logins seems to cause problems with the code being sent.
At the time you set up two factor authorization in your Etsy shop you were offered the opportunity to create backup codes and download them for local storage. One of those codes is what you need to use. If you did not do so or do not know where they are you will need to contact Etsy support through Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us
