Hi,
Three of my listings have been removed due to non-compliance with Etsy's Creativity Standards, and my Star Seller badges were subsequently removed. My products are only sold on Etsy and shared on Pinterest via Etsy links. Upon investigation, I discovered that my product photos have been used without permission on several websites, including the following:
https://www.amazon.com/IRNVF-Light-Headboard-Upholstered-Rectangle/dp/B0D477N6Q4
https://prom.ua/Nastennye-paneli-mdf;2.html
https://rozetka.com.ua/428578625/p428578625
I believe these photos were likely copied from Pinterest without authorization. I have documented and shared the entire process of making these products on Etsy, including videos of my studio where the bed and decor in the photos are located. My workshop and studio are in the same place, and all products are designed and created by us. Additionally, all product photos are taken by our team.
It has been mentioned that my store may be suspended due to this issue. I urgently request a review of this situation, as all products and content in question are original and created by my team. I have attached evidence to support my claim and would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue. I look forward to your response.
Thank you,
Zara

I'm really sorry this is happening to you. Others who have experience will chime in, but I know that you need to contact the sites that are hosting the copycat listings and request that they remove them as copyright infringing. Then, you can appeal to Etsy with the evidence that you are taking steps to deal with the copycats to support your request to have the items re-listed.
Side note: we aren't supposed to post outside links here, so your post may be removed if you don't delete them.
Thank you. How can I remove these links? I searched but couldn't find them.
Also how can I prove that I objected to these other online platforms?
Thank you.
@TaupeHome: "Also how can I prove that I objected to these other online platforms?" One way is to provide Etsy with copies of the DMCA take downs you have filed.
You need to edit your post to delete them.
You need to send an email to the sites that are hosting the stolen listings. The email is proof that you are protecting your intellectual property.
This happens far far too much now. I am amazed Etsy does not take into account image theft. There is no way to stop it so they need to account for it.
Sorry that happened to you. The Amazon one you posted was made (the listing) and sold by a company in China: https://www.amazon.com/sp?ie=UTF8&seller=AVDSTY844J2L7&asin=B0D477N6Q4&ref_=dp_merchant_link
Amazon has so many issues with China knock-offs and yet they do nothing about it (I have sold my toys and some brand named toys on Amazon since 2007) and it is frustrating there too.
