My account has been suspended and I cannot log in to my account

Hello, recently my other account was suspended because I did not verify my payment information. The problem is that I cannot log in to my account. Two-factor login is on and I'm not getting a code to log in to my phone. How can I fix the problem without logging into my account? Has anyone experienced something like this, please help. Or do you know an address where I can email Etsye? Thank you
