This happened to many of my listings in which my photos were stolen by the famous Aliexpress. It took Etsy 6 months to get back to me after ignoring my tickets requests for months! Took me a few months to take down all the Ali stolen listings even tho new ones keep coming up every few days or so. Cannot stop them. Damages done with lost of revenue and listing visibly and ranking. The listings were ones of the best sellers. My shop also got a final policy violation for these wrongful deactivations!
For getting my own images stolen on Ali and Temu, my shop is paying the price for this. It's unbelievable that it took them that long to actually respond with real answers and not just copy and paste reply. They have ignored my requests perhaps 20 times and danced around avoiding to answer a direct and simple question to the point where it's just unprofessional and unprincipled.
They finally reinstated the listings 2 weeks ago but had not yet removed the final policy violations. Which if the bots find another photos of mine stolen anywhere else, my own shop will be shut down.
Same copy paste respond being send over and over again.
It has been the biggest waste of time and energy with this platform this year. It is extremely disheartening.
