Payment account problem

Hi
For the last order #[removed], a fee of 6.5% (item total) was withheld three times. Please adjust this. I never verify my payment account, but apparently now I need to do it. Thank you.

@MissisCute The seller forum is peer to peer and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy Support.

I think you need to contact Etsy Support directly using the links in your shop manager. We cannot see your shop payment account to see what's going on.

With over 2000 sales already your payment account should have been verified already. Who is asking you to verify your account?? Please be aware that there are scammers posing as Etsy Support/Staff and sending messages to sellers asking them for credit card details.

Genuine messages from Etsy will appear in the 'from Etsy' folder in your messages inbox (in shop manager, on browser). Anything else could be a scam - even if they use the Etsy logo.

They don't charge 1x 6.5% fee for the order total.

They charge each listing bought as 6.5%.

So if you sold 3 listings in 1 order, you would have 3 lines of 6.5% of the item price.
