Etsy removed my listings over Handmade Policy

Hello,

Etsy removed 8 of my listings over handmade policy even though these items are made/designed by us.

I tried opening a case but was told that the email we received should have directions for us, yet the email has no directions in it.

Our Star Seller badges have been removed because of this issue as well.

Any help would be appreciated
