For 6 days now Etsy has put my store on vacation mode. That is a huge loss of income and customers. I have tried several times to find out what is happening with no response from Etsy. I have submitted all information as requested early on the Jan 27th So they could verify my information as requested. They keep sending me Emails to confirm my email address but the link is not working. There is a place for a phone number on the link but it just says "NULL" when I try to send it. So frustrating that this issue can not be resolved with a simple phone call. My store has been down for 6 days now. They need to fix this and compensate us for the loss in sales and customers as we are paying fees for a store that is not able to be seen by customers.

@WrappedRoundMyFinger Sorry you're going through this. Six days is a long time. Others are reporting the same verification issue. Are you able to request a call back from Etsy? Usually a moderator reads these types of posts and sends to a specialist team if appropriate.
I’m going through the same thing. I’m on day 7. My family relays on this money. I have been selling on here for 15.5 years. I’m legit, I pay my taxes and they have had all the info they have needed the past 15.5 years, why now? Sending messages and emails don’t help.
I am going through the same thing also. My store has been in that state for 9 days. I created listing and was charged already and ETSY got their money, but my shop is still stuck. I sent 5 emails already and get the generic response. I even asked for a call back.
In same exact situation. I did everything they asked. Only needed to submit i.d.
Been contacted by other companies, pretty easy to see, word spreads. I don't want to go thru moving all my listings.
I was told third party is responsible. They only work Monday thru Friday, so even though it will be seven days, they only are looking at 5 days. There has to be recourse.
