Etsy put my shop on pause (Vacation Mode)

10 days ago I found that Etsy put my shop on pause. I see this "Your shop has been placed in temporary Vacation Mode to help you manage your current orders or give you time to verify your seller or business info. While you can’t receive new orders right now, you can still edit listings or draft new ones."

I did not understand why Etsy did this. All my orders were shipped. All orders were delivered besides one order where the buyer refused the parcel. I added my address and other info. What have I to add more? I wrote to Etsy support for three times but never received the answer. Please tell me what to do so Etsy cancel pause of my shop.

It could be due to the items you were selling.

Etsy is a marketplace for selling handmade, vintage or supplies.

Testplay is a manufacturer and their items would not be deemed vintage nor supplies, they are certainly not made by hand by one person.

Did you list those items as "Made by" you? This would have violated Etsy's Creativity standards, which could have resulted in your shop closure / ban

@3DModelsMaps: "I added information about partner." Are the items designed by you and made exclusively for you? If not, they are not allowed on Etsy unless they are vintage or a supply.

they are made with me because I am a partner of Testplay. Every small manufacture can sell on Etsy. Etsy is a place where small manufacture handmade their goods and can sell them. 

So I did not violate any Etsy rules. Can you help me to understand how to cancel this pause and continue to sell?

Do you design the map and have Testplay make them for only you and no-one else?

Do you actually make the maps from Testplay's design?

If you cannot answer "yes" to either of these questions, then your items are not allowed on Etsy

As for remove the Pause on your shop -- only Etsy can do that.
they obviously need some more information from you 
If you have had an email from them about it, reply to it "I still need help"

Or if you have already uploaded the requested documents. it may well just be a case of waiting until you get to the top of the pile for someone to review them

Yes, I designed them. I did not received any reply on my etsy support requests. Also I did not receive any email from Etsy about documents or info. Etsy support did not reply to me. What to do?
