Our shop was put on vacation mode last week with no notice. We submitted a ticket and haven't heard back. We have no idea why it would have been placed on vacation mode. We've tried multiple different things with no success. We're in good standing and have great reviews. I don't get it.

With over 5000 sales and no bad reviews at all.
It seems to be a system glitch that they're going through and some people are getting lucky with just 1-2 days delay and while others are waiting over 1-2 weeks.
I'm really hoping this doesn't last over a month..

If you scroll through the forums, it seems there are about 100 sellers with the same problem. Etsy really messed up this time, and at the worst time.

MY shop is having same issue for 5 days. They put it on vacation mode and didn't contact me about it or ask for a document to verify. We can't get a reply for our e mails or support requests. I need a help or at least want to know what is happening! This is really frustrating!
my store is also on forced vacation mode and their callback number isn’t working. All my information is verified and so I’m very unclear why they did this I hope it gets resolved soon
