Etsy put my shop on Vacation Mode

Hi

My shop has been on Vacation mode since Last Thursday . When I login I see this banner :

Your shop will stay in Holiday mode while we review your info

It says it will take 48 hours to review but has been already 5 days since it happened . I have tried every possible way to contact Etsy but no luck there. Chat bottom is gone too.

Any idea how can I fix this ? I have had this shop for 5 years now and have sold more than 5000 items. This time of year is the peak time for sales ! and I am losing al ot
