My shop has been put into vacation mode by Etsy for some reason. They sent me this message:
Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info
This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you.
What does this mean? PLEASE HELP!!!

This happened to me on Thursday - no reason for it as far as I could see. I cleared all my orders. I got opened up again today -only reason I found out is because I got an order. I’m still none the wiser what happened to be honest

@Beadboat1 Etsy may need to verify your information because of the Inform Act. Did Etsy ask you earlier this year for this information? You need to confirm ID and some other information.
Did you have the star seller badge or the smaller badges before Etsy put your shop on vacation? That could be another reason.

Hi, what is the Inform Act? I had all three badges and we have been a star seller for years.

I'll say it again. Every time Etsy shoots a seller in the back, they shoot themselves in the foot.
Unless, of course, Etsy doesn't need the money.

Same thing just happened to my shop...
Almost put me in tears as there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR THIS! I will be losing money like so many others and probably customers!
All my info is current and legit. I am a Star Seller as well. I have NOT received any Email from Etsy!
My shop message they put up is a lie to my customers! The message I received is---
Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info

If this is not fixed immediately, I won't have any customers let for the Christmas holiday rush.

Same thing just happened to me. Zero support from Etsy, no reason given. I have a family to support, this is the worst possible time this could happen.

Going though the same thing. Made my first sale end of November. As soon as I made my fist sale, my store was placed on holiday mode. Since then I’ve been trying to get my ID verified, to no success. I file a support request and it’s marked completed with no response. This is the worst time for this to be happening it started during my Black Friday sale and now Im loosing Christmas sales. I talk to someone on live chat, to be told it’s been escalated and to wait for an email. In the meantime the yellow banner countdown continues to go down and now I have a banner saying I have 2 weeks to verify my bank account. Feeling very defeated.
