Etsy put my shop in vacation mode

Etsy put my store in vacation mode and it says

"Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info. This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you." on the dashboard.

It's now been over a 9 days at this point, no emails or responses to my tickets. It's imperative that I get this resolved ASAP, I checeked my spam folders and don't see anything.

What do I do? Please help
