Etsy put my shop in vacation mode

Etsy put my shop in "Vacation mode" over a week ago and will not respond to my inquiries as to why. The only message on my page says they are "verifying" my info and it is usually done in 48 hours. It's been 10 days. WTF? Luckily, I'm part of the legal group at work, so i'll just have one of those folks dig into it. It's just BS that I just signed up not too long ago and listed a few items, then when I go back to list more, my shop is in "Vacation mode" and I can't make any sales.
